1Age and Registration Requirements

To register and maintain a 54bd2 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. Failure to meet or maintain any of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds where fraud is determined to have occurred.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated system) registering for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your account's lifetime.

2One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active 54bd2 account at any given time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same mobile number, same payment method, same device, or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created without your knowledge, contact 54bd2 support immediately via the platform messaging system.

3Registration Process

Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and the creation of a secure password. By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 1. The following information may be required at registration or during subsequent verification:

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth, used to verify that the player meets the 21+ age requirement.
• Valid Bangladesh mobile number linked to an active bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet used for payment processing.
• Residential address within Bangladesh. PO Box addresses are not accepted for identity verification purposes.

4Account Verification and KYC

54bd2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal, when a withdrawal request exceeds a threshold amount set by the platform, or when the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Failure to complete requested KYC within 14 calendar days of the request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal amounts pending resolution. KYC documentation is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5Deposit Rules

Deposits to your 54bd2 BDT account are processed through the following approved payment methods. 54bd2 does not accept cash deposits, bank transfers to third parties, or payment methods not listed as approved at the time of deposit. The following rules apply to all deposit transactions:

• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your account balance in BDT at the rate displayed during the deposit flow.
• Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day, and per month are displayed within the deposit section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 54bd2 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
• 54bd2 does not charge a fee on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Processing fees applied by your mobile wallet provider are outside 54bd2's control and are the account holder's responsibility.

6Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed from within your logged-in 54bd2 account. The following rules govern all withdrawal transactions on the platform:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet number that was used to make the most recent deposit to the account, unless the account holder has completed full KYC verification and requested a change of withdrawal method through the support team.
• Minimum withdrawal amount and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, and per month are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account. Standard withdrawal processing time is approximately 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad; other methods may take longer.
• 54bd2 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of a suspected Terms & Conditions breach, or resolution of a payment dispute. In such cases, 54bd2 will notify the account holder via the platform messaging system within 48 hours of placing the hold.
• Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 4 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

7Bonus Eligibility and Wagering Requirements

54bd2 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player per promotion, unless the individual promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• 54bd2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time without prior notice where it is necessary to do so to maintain the integrity of the platform or to comply with applicable requirements.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value independent of wagering requirement completion. Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts and are forfeited upon account closure.

8Welcome Bonus Conditions

The 54bd2 welcome bonus, where available, is offered exclusively to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a stated wagering requirement before withdrawal. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirement completion — for example, live casino table bets may contribute at a lower rate than slot game bets. 9Player Protection Tools

54bd2 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders. These tools are accessible from within the account settings section of the platform at any time:

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before coming into effect.
• Time-out — players may request a temporary time-out period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which their account will be suspended and all login access disabled. Time-outs cannot be reversed before their expiry date.
• Self-exclusion — players may request permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Permanent self-exclusion closes the account and prohibits re-registration. This action is irreversible. Players who feel they have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use this tool.

10Age Verification and Underage Play

54bd2 does not permit players under the age of 21 to register or use the platform under any circumstances. If 54bd2 reasonably suspects or determines that an account is being used by a person under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all account balances forfeited. Winnings generated by an underage player are void. If you are aware of a person under the age of 21 using a 54bd2 account, please report this to 54bd2 support via the platform messaging system immediately.

11Actions That Constitute a Breach

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 54bd2 platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the platform, or interact with game systems in any way that is not through normal manual player interaction.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Using chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment claims to recover funds that were legitimately spent on the platform.
• Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts simultaneously or sequentially, regardless of the purpose stated.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or software faults in any game or platform system to generate winnings that would not have been generated under normal operating conditions.

12Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where 54bd2 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, 54bd2 may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct; cancel pending withdrawals; close all accounts associated with the player; permanently ban the player from registering again; and retain all account balances as partial or full compensation for losses incurred by 54bd2 or other players as a result of the prohibited conduct. 54bd2's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding.

13Platform Content Ownership

All content on the 54bd2 platform — including but not limited to the 54bd2 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual elements — is the property of 54bd2 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the 54bd2 platform without express written permission. Your right to use the platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence granted solely for personal entertainment use. This licence is revoked immediately upon account closure for any reason.

14Scope of 54bd2's Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 54bd2's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 54bd2 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 54bd2 expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether 54bd2 was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Platform downtime, technical failures, interrupted game sessions, or data loss caused by circumstances outside 54bd2's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, third-party service provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

1554bd2's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

54bd2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time for the following reasons, without this list being exhaustive:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or payment policy violations.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point during the account's lifetime.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that 54bd2 reasonably believes may expose the platform or its players to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

16Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your 54bd2 account at any time by contacting support through the platform messaging system. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet within the standard withdrawal processing time, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons, including self-exclusion requests, are handled with priority and the player will not be solicited for re-registration.

17Right to Amend

54bd2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — that is, where it significantly affects the rights or obligations of players — 54bd2 will publish a notice of the change on the platform and update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Minor corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes that do not materially affect player rights may be made without specific notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the 54bd2 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms in full.

18Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the 54bd2 platform, these Terms & Conditions, or any transaction made through the platform, you should first contact 54bd2 support through the platform messaging system, providing full details of the dispute including the date and nature of the issue, the account number, the transaction reference (if applicable), and the outcome you are seeking. 54bd2 will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 7 calendar days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute Escalation".

19Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any legal proceedings arising from or related to these terms or to the use of the 54bd2 platform, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal proceedings. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
